Unite with us as we kick off Summer 2008. Come fly a kite, have fun and support lung cancer research.

  • Individual Donation: $25
  • Family-of-Flyers: $250 (includes up to 5 participants)

Can’t attend the event but want to fly a kite anyway? Even if you are not in Southampton this Memorial Day weekend, you can still participate in Kites for a Cure 2008.

You Buy It. We Fly It.
Download the registration form, fill in your message and we’ll send a kite up in the air on your behalf!

Your donation of $50 for the “You Buy It. We Fly It.” option includes a kite personalized with your message, a digital photo of your kite flying the day of the event and shipping to get the kite to you (anywhere in the U.S.)

Directions to Coopers Beach

268 Meadow Lane, Southampton, NY

  • Take Route 27 East into Southampton
  • At the traffic light by Southampton College make a right onto Tuckahoe Road (where you will cross over train tracks)
  • Continue on Tuckahoe to the traffic light
  • Make a left onto Montauk Highway
  • Continue straight for approximately one mile
  • You will go through a flashing light, entering a 25 MPH zone
  • (You will pass a sign that says “Entering the Village of Southampton”/Montauk Highway turns into Hill Street)
  • On your right you will pass Lee Avenue and Captain’s Neck Lane
  • Make the next right onto Halsey Neck Lane
  • Continue on Halsey Neck Lane to the end. Make a left onto Meadow Lane
  • Coopers Beach is on the right, about 400 yards after the turn
